油松·樟子松松针挥发油化学成分研究 被引量:12

摘要 [目的]探讨油松、樟子松松针中挥发油的化学成分,进一步揭示其药理作用。[方法]采用有机溶剂(石油醚)冷浸法提取油松和樟子松松针挥发油,精制后获得蛋黄色澄清精油。运用GC-MS技术对松针挥发油进行化学成分的分离鉴定。[结果]从油松和樟子松松针挥发油中分别分离鉴定出40和20种化学成分,其中以单萜类和倍半萜类化合物为主。[结论]油松、樟子松松针挥发油具有很大的药用价值和开发潜力。 [Objective]Chemical composition of essential oil of leaves in P tabulaeformis Carr.and P sylvestris var mongolica were studied in order to reveal its pharmacological effect further.[Method]The essential oil of leaves were extracted by organic solvent(light petroleum),and the yolk yellow essential oil was obtained after purification.The chemical compositions were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.[Result]The result showed that 40 kinds of chemical compositions were identified from P.koraiensis and 20 kinds of chemical compositions were identified from P.sylvestris var mongolica,and the monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids were dominant components in the essential oil.[Conclusion]The essential oil of leaves in P.tabulaeformis and P.sylvestris var mongolica had a lot of medicinal value and development potential.
