摘要
随着城市的发展及国家对水环境的重视,污水处理厂出水的水质要求必须达到GB18918-2002标准中的一级A标准,而在SS和TP指标上仅靠生物处理系统很难保证稳定达到一级A标准,所以一般需要进行深度处理,以达到稳定达标。污水处理厂常见的深度处理系统一般以混凝+沉淀+过滤+二氧化氯消毒方式为主。混凝+沉淀+过滤主要去除SS,TP主要靠化学除磷的方式来稳定在0.5 mg/L以下,常用于化学除磷的铝盐主要以聚合氯化铝。文章主要就混凝+沉淀+过滤+二氧化氯消毒系统在设计、施工、运行管理等方面需要注意的事项,同时结合郑州市五龙口污水处理厂深度处理系统的实际运行情况总结以下几点建议。以便为新建污水处理厂提供参考。
With the development of city and the attention to water environment,effluent quality must achieve first-degree A discharge standard based on discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002),but SS and TP is very difficult to reach stably first-degree A discharge standard only by biological treatment system,so usually need deep processing to achieve stably discharge standard.Common deepened processing system is "coagulation + precipitation + filter + chlorine dioxide disinfection"."coagulation + precipitation + filter" mainly remove SS,TP is below 0.5 mg/L by using polymerized aluminum chloride.The paper mainly analyzed noticeable problems about "coagulation + precipitation + filter + chlorine dioxide disinfection" system,and gave some suggestion combined with the deepened processing system in zhengzhou wulongkou sewage treatment plant.
