摘要
分析了机械排矸的必要性,介绍了选择性破碎机、斜(立)轮重介质分选机、浅槽分选机、动筛跳汰机等不同机械排矸设备的工作原理及优缺点,指出动筛跳汰机是当前最佳的机械排矸设备。
The necessity of mechanical gangue removal was analyzed.The operational principles and strengths and weaknesses of different mechanical gangue removal devices were introduced,such as selective crusher,inclined（vertical） wheel heavy medium separator,shallow slot,movable sieve jig.The movable sieve jig was considered as the optimum equipment for mechanical gangue removal.
