摘要
目的探讨全肺切除术后的护理体会。方法运用护理程序规定的方法,对患者实施全面的整体护理。结果通过实施整体护理,8例患者中有2例术后出现心律失常,其余6例未出现并发症,平均住院20 d,均病情好转,治愈出院。结论患者及家属对全肺切除接受程度提高,减少了术后并发症,提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the nursing experience after pulmonary resection.Methods Application of nursing procedure in patient with the implementation of a comprehensive approach to holistic nursing care.Results Application of the implementation of holistic nursing care in 8 cases,2 cases of postoperative arrhythmia,the remaining 6 cases without any complications,the mean hospital stay was 20 days,cured and discharged.Conclusion Patients and their families to pneumonectomy accept degree to rise,reduce postoperative complications and improve patients＇ quality of life.
