摘要
目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者使用呼吸机机械通气引起呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的原因及护理。方法分析101例使用呼吸机ICU患者引起VAP的因素。结果年龄、营养状况、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、侵袭性操作、机械通气时间等与VAP的发生密切相关。结论加强手卫生、消毒隔离、呼吸道及气道管理、合理使用抗生素等护理干预是降低VAP发生的有效措施。
Objective Investigate the causes and the corresponding nursery of the Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia（VAP） for the Intensive Care Unit（ICU） patients with mechanical ventilation.Method Analyze the factors that result in VAP for the 101 ICU patients,who use the breathing machine respiratory,during the period from Dec.2008 to Dec.2010.Results Several factors such as the age,the nutritional status,the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the invasive manipulations and the time for mechanical ventilation are tightly correlated with the occurrences of VAP.Conclusions The nursing interventions such as improving the hand hygiene,disinfection and isolation,the respiratory tract care,airway management,and using adapted antibiotics are effective means to decrease the occurrences of VAP.
