摘要
目的观察全身热化疗联合唑来膦酸钠治疗多发性骨转移癌临床疗效及不良反应。方法将66例多发性骨转移癌病人随机分成3组,全身热化疗联合唑来膦酸钠组(A组),全身热化疗组(B组),单纯唑来膦酸钠组(C组),各22例。观察3组患者的疼痛缓解情况和全身体力评分(KPS评分)。结果疼痛缓解率A组95.4%,B组90.9%,C组77.3%;KPS评分提高有效率A组95.4%,B组81.8%,C组68.2%。全身热化疗有轻度不良反应。结论全身热化疗联合唑来膦酸钠治疗多发性骨转移癌能缓解患者疼痛,提高KPS评分,是一种安全、有效的新技术,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects and adverse reactions of whole body thermochemotherapy combined with Zoledronic Sodium for multiple bone metastases.Methods Sixty-six cases of multiple bone metastasis were randomly divided into three groups（22 cases each）,whole body thermochemotherapy combined with Zoledronic Sodium group（group A）,whole body thermochemotherapy group（group B）,and Zoledronic Sodium group（group C）.The pain relief and general physical condition score（Karnofsky） of each group were observed.Results The rates of pain relief were as follows： group A was 90.9%,group B was 90.9%,and group C was 77.3%.The improved efficiency rates of KPS score were as follows： group A was 95.4%,group B was 81.8%,and group C was 68.2%.Mild adverse reactions were found after whole body thermochemotherapy.Conclusion Treatment of multiple bone metastases by whole body thermochemotherapy combined with Zoledronic Sodium can relieve pain,improve KPS score.It is a safe and new effective technology and should be widely applied.
