摘要
以大球盖菇菌丝体生物量为指标,探讨不同培养基组分对大球盖菇液体培养的影响。通过单因素试验和正交试验,筛选出适合大球盖菇液体培养基组分为:木屑粉0.1g、麸皮粉0.2g、豆粉0.1g。
The effects of different components of liquid medium for cultivating Stropharia rugoso-annulate were discussed by measuring the factor of mycelial biomass.By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment the optimized component of liquid medium for Stropharia rugoso-annulate was acquired.
