摘要
经济发展与政治稳定存在着紧密的联系。在改革开放的过程中,应让更多人分享到经济发展的成果。在利益多元化的时代,保障、改善民生不仅是一个经济问题,更是一个政治问题。中国东部浙江省的"温岭模式"、广东省的"蕉岭模式"的成功经验,为中国政府在如何保障和改善民生、提高公民参加政议能力等方面提供了可以借鉴的样本。
It is closely connected between Political stability and economic development.The achievements of economic development should be shared by more people in the process of reform and opening up.Safeguarding and improving people＇s livelihood is not only an economic problem,but also a political question in the era of diversification benefits.However,there are some successful samples.According to the experience of ＂Wenling model＂ of Zhejiang province and ＂Jiaoling model＂ of Guangdong province in eastern China,the paper analyzes how to improve the ability of participating politics while safeguarding and improving people＇s livelihood and its institutionalized forms.
