摘要
大学生心理健康教育是当前高校人才培养体系中的重要组成部分,各高校应高度重视辅导员在此项工作中的重要作用,建立大学生心理健康教育与高校辅导员工作结合的长效机制。辅导员也要不断丰富专业知识,突破传统思维的桎梏,在实践中不断推进大学生心理健康教育工作。
Mental health education for college students constitutes an important part of the current talent-training system in hgher education.The universities should attach great importance to the counselors＇ roles in the work and establish the long-term mechanism which combines the mental health education of college students with the work of counselors in the university.The counselors should also break the shackles of traditional thinking and constantly promote mental health education in practice by continuously improving specialized knowledge.
