摘要
采用两步法合成了硫化异丁烯。第一步反应中1mol S2Cl2中硫化钠量为0.70~0.72mol;第二步硫化钠加入量控制为2.56~2.84mol。含硫废水回用于下一批的第一步硫化脱氯反应,产品质量达到国内外同类产品标准。
Sulfurized isobutylene is synthesized by two-step process. In the first reaction the quantity of sodium sulfide is 0.70-0.72 mol in 1 mol S2Cl2, and that is 2.56-2.84 mol in the second reaction. The wastewater containing sulfide is reused in the next run. The product quality meets domestic and foreign relevant technical standard requirements.
