摘要 根据1998—2009年期间58家零售业上市公司32个评价指标的财务数据,应用投影寻踪方法(PPC)进行竞争力实证研究,结果表明:应用最优化方法客观地确定各评价指标的权重,并根据权重大小对评价指标的重要度进行排序,研究竞争力各方面的重要性;对零售业上市公司竞争力的变化趋势及其波动性进行分析;分析了ST公司的竞争力特征,上市公司在被ST前的2年内竞争力很弱,如果ST后几年的竞争力明显改善将被撤销ST处理。提出了针对性更强的有效提升上市公司竞争力的措施和建议。 Based on the data of 32 evaluation indicators of 58 retail listed companies ( RLCs) during 1998 to 2009, projection pursuit clustering ( PPC ) technique is applied to assess the competitiveness of RLC in this paper. The empirical research results show that PPC is a powerful tool to be applied in the comprehensive evaluation of RLC. The weight of evaluation indicators is determined optimally and objectively and ranked according to the magnitude of projection direction. The development trend and fluctuation of the competitiveness of RLC are analyzed by the established PPC model. The charactersfics of ST companies ( specially treated listed companies ) are particularly studied and their competitiveness is obviously weak in 2 consecutive years before being treated specially, and the ST companies will be withdrawn if the company' s competitiveness is greatly improved in the following years. The more targeted measures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness effectively are thus put forward.
