摘要
近年来,光伏并网发电逐渐成为光伏应用的主流,对光伏并网发电系统的研究必将推动光伏并网发电技术的发展,进而增加光伏在能源替代中的作用。IPM50B5LA060是三菱公司推出的光伏专用智能功率模块,提出了基于该功率模块的光伏并网发电系统设计方案,详细介绍了系统主电路、模块外围接口电路的设计,并制作了实验样机。实验结果证明了方案的可行性和可靠性。
In recent years, photovoltaic grid-connected generation gradually becoming the mainstream of photovoltaic application, researching on photovoltaic generation system will promote the development of photo- voltaic grid-connected generation technology and then increase the replace role of the photovoltaic in energy. IPM50BSLA060 is the intelligent power module that Mitsubishi developed for PV. The design scheme for pho- tovoltaic grid-connected power system which based on this intelligent power module was proposed,the design of the main circuit of the system and the interface circuit of the module were detailed introduced, then the pro- totype is maked. Experiment results show the feasibility and reliability of the scheme.
