摘要
大型离心式压缩机组稳定运行的保护系统有:润滑油系统、轴瓦温度检测系统、真空冷凝系统、密封汽系统、防喘振系统、轴振检测系统等。该文介绍本特利内华达电涡流传感器在大型机组轴振动、轴位移以及转速检测保护中的应用,着重介绍了传感器的安装及常见故障的处理。
Large centrifugal compressor stable operation of the protection system are：lubricating oil systems,bearing temperature detection system,vacuum cooling system,sealing steam system,anti-surge system,the shaft vibration detection systems.This paper introduce Bently Nevada eddy current probe shaft vibration in a large unit,shaft displacement and the protection of speed detection.Introduces sensor installation and trouble-shooting processing.
