弱碱三元复合驱含油污泥的絮凝降水处理 被引量:2

摘要 采用絮凝剂,对油田污水处理过程产生的絮凝污泥进行处理,考察絮凝处理温度、pH值、处理时间等因素对污泥含水率的影响,以及部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对絮凝含油污泥处理效果,评价KMnO4、FeCl3、Tsg、Yhg等4种絮凝助剂处理效果.结果表明:污泥含水率随处理温度和pH值的升高而先下降后升高,随处理时间的延长先下降后基本不变;部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)对絮凝污泥的处理效果优于阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),优选助剂Tsg与HPAM共同使用,污泥含水率由98.91%降至45.32%,污泥密度增加. Flocculation sludge,produced in the treatment of oilfield produced water,was treated with flocculants in this thesis.The effects of the following factors,temperature,pH value and treatment time on the sludge moisture content were investigated.And the effects of four coagulant aids,namely KMnO4,FeCl3,Tsg and Yhg were estimated.The results showed that the content of sludge moisture decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of temperature and pH value,while it firstly decreased gradually and then remained basically unchanged with the extension of treatment time.The treatment effect of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) is better than that of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM).Moreover,to reach better treatment effects,Tsg was used in conjunction with HPAM,causing the sludge moisture content dropping from 98.91% to 45.32% and the sludge density increasing greatly.
