摘要
市场经济时代,高职院校与企业需要密切携手、积极尝试构建有效"校企合作"办学模式。这是现代社会对高技能人才诉求的必然回应,切合现代高职教育发展的必然趋势,有利于高职院校培养出更多适合行业、企业需要的高技能应用型人才。当前,校企合作双方应在目标导向型人才培养合作模式基础上,设法解决合作中存在的认识及配合等方面的问题,积极探索保障"校企合作"人才培养模式高效运行的良效机制,力求通过合作办学以提高应用型人才培养质量、实现高等职业技术教育之可持续发展。
