摘要
目的讨论挫伤性前房积血的治疗和预后。方法对95例挫伤性前房积血的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本病致伤物呈多样性,最主要的并发症有继发性青光眼、角膜血染,部分病例合并其他眼部损伤。通过积极治疗可避免严重的视力损害。结论正规治疗,促进前房积血尽快吸收、控制眼压、视病情及时手术,减少和预防并发症的发生对挫伤性前房积血应至关重要。
Objective To study the treatment and prognosis of traumatic hyphema. Methods Retrospective analysis of 95 cases of traumatic hyphema clinical data. Results Cause of the disease was the diversity of material injury, the main com- plications are secondary glaucoma, corneal blood - stained, in some cases combined with other ocular damage. Through active treatment can prevent serious visual impairment. Conclusion Regular treatment, as soon as possible to promote the absorption of hyphema, intraocular pressure control, depending on the condition and timely surgery, to reduce and prevent complications of traumatic hyphema should be essential.
