摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠期待治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年3—9月门诊期待治疗的20位异位妊娠患者。结果 18例有效,2例无效,追加药物治疗,总有效率为90%。结论异位妊娠的期待治疗是对有适应证的患者最好的方式。
Objective To explore the clinical value of expectant treatment for ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retro- spective analysis of our 20 outpatients with ectopic pregnancy from March, 2010 to September 2010. Results 18 cases effec- tive, 2 cases ineffective, 90% of the total effective. Conclusion Expectant treatment for ectopic pregnancy is the best indica- tion of patients.
