摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定红景天枸杞片中红景天苷的含量的方法。方法:采用Welch C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250nm,5μm),流动相:以水-乙腈进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:275nm,流速:1.0ml.min-1,柱温:35℃。结果:红景天苷在39.2～392μg.ml-1浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD=0.70%(n=6)。结论:本法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为红景天枸杞片的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method to measure the content of Rhodiola medlar tablets. Methods： A Welch C18 （4. 6mm ×250mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase was a mixture of water- acetonitrile as mobile phase with gradient elution with the flow rate was 1. 0 ml· min^-1 , 275nm as the decection wavelength and column temperature was 35℃. Results： Salidroside showed good linear relationship at the range of 39. 2μg· ml^-1 to 392μg· ml^-1 （r = 0. 9998, n =6）. The average recovery was 98. 6% （n=6）, RSD=0. 70% （n=6）. Conclusion： The method appeared to be simple, convenient and precise, and can be used for control of Rhodiola medlar tablets.
