摘要
虚拟仪器是现代计算机技术和仪器技术相结合的产物,把虚拟仪器引入实验教学已成为一种必然趋势。基于虚拟仪器技术,针对目前电机性能测试中存在的操作复杂,准确度和效率低等问题,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的硬件组成和软件设计的电机试验系统。该系统通过采集电机的电压和电流等参数,利用LabVIEW软件设计开发了电机调速和测速系统,得到电机的各项性能参数。实践证明该系统具有操作简单,准确度高和效率高等特点。
Virtual instrument is the outcome of modern computer technology and instrument technique,and the introduction of virtual instrument into the experimental teaching has become an inevitable trend.With the virtual instrument technology,this paper proposes the motor testing system based on the LabVIEW hardware composition and software design,in view of the drawbacks of present motor performance testing,such as complex operation,low accuracy and efficiency.Various performance parameters of motor can be got through collecting the parameters of electric pressure and current,using the LabVIEW software and developing motor speed control and gun system.It is proved that this system has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and efficiency.
