摘要
运用光色电综合分析仪测量了5种颜色LED(Light Emitting Diode)的光电参数,分析了光效与光电参数的关系,并研究了运用该关系测算光效的可能性。研究表明:LED电压、功率和电流均线性相关,随着电流的增加,LED光效线性下降,因此,电参数均可用来测算光效。主波长可以较好地评估绿色、黄色和蓝色LED的光效,红色和黄色LED光效可用峰值波长测算,用主波长或峰值波长测算白色LED光效精确度较低。色坐标与光效也成线性关系,且用于评估光效时精确度较主波长或峰值波长高。半高全宽也可用于测算光效,但用于白色和绿色LED时准确度较低。本研究对大型LED灯具光效的测算具有重要意义。
The photoelectric parameters of LEDs have been measured with the photometric, chromatic and electric characteristics analyzer, and then the relationship among light efficiency and the photoe- lectric parameters has been acquired. Finally, the possibility of estimation of the light efficiency with the above relationship has been obtained. It is shown that the voltage and power of LEDs have a clear linearly correlativity with the currency, and the light efficiency of LEDs decreases with the rise of currency linearly. Therefore, the light efficiency can be estimated with the electric parameters. The main wavelength can be used to calculate the light efficiency of green,yellow and blue LEDs and the peak wavelength can be used to calculate red and yellow LEDs. The light efficiency of white LEDs can be computed with the main or peak wavelength at low accuracy. Chromaticity coordinates have linear correlativity with light efficiency, and they are more sensitivity than main or peak wavelength Full width at half maximum can also be used to compute the light efficiency. Therefore, its accuracy is low for the white and green LEDs. This research is important for the calculation of light efficiency of lager LED lamps.
