摘要
目的选择一种较为合理的滴眼用利福平眼用缓冲液。方法采用2010年版《中国药典》(二部)滴眼用利福平质量标准的含量测定方法,分别测定利福平在磷酸盐和硼酸盐两种眼用缓冲液中的回收率和含量进行分析。结果利福平在磷酸盐眼用缓冲液中的回收率和含量较高。结论选择磷酸盐眼用缓冲液作为滴眼用利福平眼用缓冲液较为合理。
Aim To choose a more reasonable ophthalmic buffer solution of rifampicin for eye use.Methods The recovery and content of rifampicin in both phosphate and borates ophthalmic buffer solution were determined by the determination method of quality standard of Rifampicin for Eye Use on Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010 edition,Volume Ⅱ）.Results The recovery and content of rifampicin was higher to be mensurated in phosphate ophthalmic buffer solution.Concluslon It＇s more reasonable to choose phosphate ophthalmic buffer solution as ophthalmic buffer solution of rifampicin for eye use.
