摘要
在我国城乡经济社会全面转型时期,构建城乡建设一体化新格局是科学发展观的具体体现,是我国加速推进现代化发展战略的必然要求,更是城乡现代化交汇融合的必然趋势。文章首先从城乡建设一体化的界定及衡量指标体系两方面对城乡建设一体化进行了理论研究,使城乡建设一体化的内涵更明确,并为评价及建设一体化提供了科学标准。然后,以重庆市、陕西省为例,结合指标体系针对我国西部地区城乡建设一体化的实际情况进行了测定。
Under the transformation of China＇s economy and society between urban and rural, the integration urban and rural construction is the strategy of accelerating the modernization development the, is the inevitable requirement of urban and rural modernizationing. This paper researches the definition of integration of urban and rural construction and the measure index system theoreticaly, makes us more clear the integration of urban and rural construction, and provides a scientific standard for evaluation and construction integration, then, combining with the index system, determinates the actual situation of the China＇s western region of integration of urban and rural construction.
