Tenon囊下注射曲安奈德治疗黄斑水肿的临床研究

摘要 曲安奈德（triamcinolone acetonide，TA）是一种长效的糖皮质激素,为乳白色混悬液，不溶于水，具有消炎、抑制细胞增生和抗新生血管生成作用，经玻璃体腔注射治疗黄斑水肿取得了满意的疗效，且无明显的视网膜毒性作用。我们于2009年12月至2010年11月对由多种原因引起的黄斑水肿60例（60UP）患者，经散瞳后眼底检查和OCT检查确诊后，采用经Tenon囊下注射曲安奈德治疗，
