摘要
农村社区建设是激活农村社会机体的生命力,实现城乡统筹发展的一条重要途径。农村社区管理存在很多的问题,制约了农村社区建设与发展。实施网络治理,构建有利于农村社区发展的组织结构和运行方式,建立科学的管理体制与机制,对农村社区建设与发展具有极大的推动作用。
The rural community construction is a vitality to activate the rural community organism, and an important way to achieve the coordinative urban-rural development. The management of rural community produces a lot of problems,which restrict the rural community construction and development. Implementation of the network management, construction of the organizational structure and operational mode which is beneficial to the development of the rural communities,and establishment of a scientific management system and mechanism will have a great role in the construction and development of rural communities.
