还原染料中汞的冷蒸气原子吸收法测定

摘要 探讨了微波消解后氢化物发生冷蒸气-原子吸收光谱法测定染料中汞的分析方法.比较了氯化亚锡和硼氢化钠分别作为还原剂测定汞含量的2种方法.结果表明:使用硼氢化钠作还原剂泡沫较少,但是存在共存离子干扰.最后选用氯化亚锡作还原剂,该方法的检出限为0.08μg/L,回收率为95%~102%,线性范围为0-60μg/L. The analytical approach of determination of Hg in vat dyestuff was studied by microwave oven digestion and cold vapor atomic absorption spectroscopy. The determination methods of Hg content using SnCl2 or NaBH4 as reductant were compared. The results showed that using NaBH4 as reductant, there was less foam but coexistent ions disturbance. The reductant of SnCl2 was adopted. The determination limitation of this method was 0.08 μg/L,recovery rate was 95%-102%, and linear range was 0-60 μg/L.
