摘要
本研究在访谈和开放式问卷调查的基础上,对青海民族大学藏族、蒙古族和回族共120名学生从跨文化交际的角度出发,对他们在以英语作为第三语言学习的过程中的文化适应能力状况进行了调查和比较研究。调查研究发现:在以英语作为第三语言学习的过程中,少数民族大学生总体文化适应能力较弱,但渴望实现文化适应的热情极高;藏族学生适应能力明显优于蒙古族和回族学生;将英语作为第三语言学习的年龄差异对其文化适应能力的影响非常明显;汉语使用率高于本民族语言使用率的学生文化适应能力优于本民族语言使用率高的学生,且存在显著性差异;回族女学生的文化心理适应水平较低,家庭背景是最重要的影响因素。最后,针对少数民族大学生的英语教学提出建议。
The study of this paper is based on an investigation on the acculturation of minority nationality students in Qinghai Nationality University by using questionnaire as well as interviews and open question survey.The investigation shows:The acculturation level of minority nationality students is lower;The Tibetan students' abilities of acculturation are significantly better than Mongolian students' and Hui students';The influence of age for starting learning English is obvious;The students' ability of acculturation by using Chinese as daily language is obviously better than those who uses national languages daily.Hui nationality female students have got lower Psychological Adaptation which dues to their family background.Accordingly,some suggestions related to English language teaching are provided.
