摘要
定向运动是一项倍受人们喜爱的一种户外运动。近几年来在我国各大中专院校发展很快,然而在遵义市各大中专院校的开展还是一项空白。文章针对定向运动对当代大学生身心发展的良好作用和遵义市各大中专院校适合开展定向运动的地理环境和学生的喜爱程度分析,总结出通过学校各部门的大力支持、协调,提高体育教师定向运动专项业务能力,课程设置的优化等措施弥补不足,开展好定向运动。
The orienteering is people＇s favorite outdoors sport.And it has grown very fast in the universities/colleges in China in recent years;however,there is not any trace of it in the colleges of Zunyi.What with the merits of orienteering,the geographical milieu for orienteering and the students＇ liking for orienteering,the orienteering sport can be ushered in and spread out in the colleges of Zunyi on the condition that all the sectors of colleges in Zunyi can publicize this kind of sport,P E teachers can enhance their ability of this kind of sport,and the setting-up of this course can be optimized.
