摘要
目的:对比腹腔镜胆囊切除术、开腹胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效。方法:分别采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术、开腹胆囊切除术治疗符合病例入选标准的胆结石患者各40例,比较两组患者手术成功率,并对比术中出血量、手术时间、术后镇痛、肛门排气时间、住院时间、并发症和医疗费用情况。结果:两组患者均顺利完成手术,完整地的取出结石,手术成功率均高达100.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但采用腹腔镜治疗者在减少术中出血量、减少止痛药物应用率、并发症发生率、医疗费用,缩短手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间等方面较传统外科手术治疗者明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜与传统外科手术治疗胆结石相比具有更安全、方便,切口小、创伤少、术中出血少、伤口疼痛轻、住院时间短、并发症少、对机体影响小、术后康复快等优点。
Objective： To compare the curative effect of peritoneoscope gallbladder excision and opens the abdomen gallbladder excision treatment gallstone. Methods： Respectively used peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method and open the abdomen gallbladder excision method to treat patients with gallstone 40 cases, contrasted in the technique the volume of blood, the surgery time, the technique, eases the pain, the anus exhaust time, in hospital time, the complication and the medical expense situation. Results： 2 groups of patients smoothly completed the surgery, completed taking out the stone, the surgery succeed ratio reaches as high as 100.00%, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. But used the peritoneoscope curer in the reduced technique the volume of blood, the reduced pain-relieving medicine utility ratio, the complication formation rate, the medical expense, reduces aspects and so on surgery time, anus exhaust time, in hospital time to compare the tradition surgical operation curer obviously, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with traditional surgical treatment of gallstones, peritoneoscope gallbladder excision methods are safer, more convenient, the margin is small, the wound is fewer, in the technique bleeds, the wound ache to be light few, in hospital time is short, the complication few, affects, the technique slightly after organism is restored to health quickly then and so on merits.
