摘要
本文针对高校基础课程教学工作提出了教学信息资源建设必要性，并对教学信息资源平台的功能以及加强教学信息资源建设平台的主要措施进行了探讨。
In this paper, the work of university-based teaching teaching the necessity of information resources,information resources and teaching capabilities of the platform, and information resources to enhance teaching platform,the main measures were discussed.
