摘要
为了实现对加热炉温度的采集与测量,有效控制炉内物料或工件的加热过程,采用CCD图像传感器结合PC机监控炉内温度。根据比色测温原理,通过MATLAB编程实现像点与温度对应的算法关系,计算出采集得到的图片中各点的温度值及区域的场温度值,由于所得的温度值与实际温度值有较大偏差,编程实现了对温度的校正。实验结果显示,测得的温度与实际温度的绝对误差基本小于10℃,相对误差小于1%,表明系统具有在线实时、精度高、可靠性好等优点。
In order to realize the collection and measurement of furnace's temperature, controlling the heating process of materials or parts in the furnace effectively, CCD image sensor combined with PC is applied for detecting the temperature. According to the principle of colorimetric temperature detection, Non-contact temperature measurement system is established to obtain point temperature and field temperature of the picture, based on an algorithm that was purposed to calculate the corresponding relationship between the image point and temperature value. Because the calculated temperature ,compared with the actual temperature,has a large deviation, the calculated temperature was corrected through programmed. Experimental results show that the absolute errors between the measured temperature and the actual temperature were less than 10℃, its relative errors less than 1% ,the system has a lot of merits such as: online, real-time ,high precision and good reliable.
