摘要
文章以某住宅小区工程为例,总结前期工程存在问题的同时,制定了科学合理、行之有效的成本控制措施,实践证明,工程施工成本得到了有效的控制,取得了良好的经济效益。
Taking a residential project for example,summed up the early engineering problems at the same time,developed a scientific and rational,effective cost control measures,proved that construction costs have been controlled effectively,and achieved good economic benefit.
