酸性氧化电位水用于婴幼儿简易呼吸器消毒的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究酸性氧化电位水用于婴幼儿简易呼吸器的消毒,预防由其引起的呼吸机相关性肺炎等医院感染的发生。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的要求,随机抽取90件婴幼儿简易呼吸器样本,使用酸性氧化电位水流动冲洗浸泡3min后,分别在气囊球体外表面、内腔面以及接口内侧采集消毒前后的细菌菌落数,并用对数值判定。结果婴幼儿简易呼吸器球体外表面、内腔面以及接口内侧,消毒前、后的杀灭对数值分别为2.949、5.235和3.987,均>1,符合《消毒技术规范》的要求,判定为消毒合格。结论酸性氧化电位水能够有效地应用于婴幼儿简易呼吸器的清洗消毒,且快速、经济、安全、方便、无腐蚀性、无刺激性,临床应用性强,为预防小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生提供了有效的措施,有一定的临床推广价值。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect on infant simple respirators disinfected with acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) aiming to further prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) caused by manual resuscitators.METHODS According to the Criteria of Disinfection Techniques(2002),90 infants simple respirators were taken as samples randomly.And then each pediatric manual resuscitator was disassembled and the parts were rinsed and soaked for 3min with EOW respectively.Furthermore,bacteriological tests on the external surface,internal surface and interface of the selected randomized samples were made before and after disinfection.The results were judged with logarithm value.RESULTS The germicidal logarithm value before and after disinfection on the external surface,internal surface and the interface of the silicone bag of the infant simple respirators were 2.949,5.235 and 3.987,respectively.All of them were more than 1.Therefore,according to the Criteria of Disinfection Techniques,the results were regarded as eligible disinfection.CONCLUSION EOW can be applied to clean and disinfect infant simple respirators and the method has some advantages such as speediness,being more economical,being safer,convenient,non-corrosive,non-irritable,and so on.Therefore,the EOW method is an effective measure to prevent VAP,thus,this method is worthy to be promoted in clinics.
