摘要
21世纪计算机网络技术的应用,使传统的高校图书馆阅览服务受到强烈的冲击和挑战。在概述高校图书馆生存现状的基础上,指出高校图书馆不能坐等资金和技术的支持,应从管理和服务创新入手,加强软实力建设,力争满足高校师生的各种文献信息需求。
The application of computer network technology in twenty-first century has made the university library＇s traditional reading service meet strong concussion and challenge.Based on expounds the present existence condition of university library,this paper points out that university library shouldn＇t wait for financial and technical support,and should start from the management and service innovation,strengthen the construction of soft power,and strive to meet various literature information needs of university teachers and students.
