摘要
实验主要以西瓜为原料,利用番茄红素可溶于有机溶剂的性质,采用单因数实验,并结合正交实验进行对比,结果表明:采用混合溶液石油醚-丙酮1:6为提取溶剂,在原料与提取溶剂的比例为1:8,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为70min,浸提液的pH为6的条件下可得到最佳效果;搅拌和重复提取能提高提取效率。
