摘要 目的:对苯甲酰胺类抗精神病药的结构、归类及构效关系进行研究。方法:通过对其化学结构进行比对研究,从分子层面寻找其结构与分类及构效关系。结果:苯甲酰胺类抗精神病药在临床作用、结构、递质作用方面与第一代抗精神病药多有不符;其结构上最具共性的结构是邻茴酰胺基;其苯环5位的磺酰基和N-乙基-2-氨甲基吡咯抗精神病活性作用较强。结论:这类药应归为第二代抗精神病药,称为邻茴酰胺类更能体现其结构共性。其苯环5位的磺酰基和N-乙基-2-氨甲基吡咯有较强的抗精神病活性作用。 Objective : To study the structure, classification and QSAR on the Benzamide antipsychotics. Methods:Comparative study through by its chemical structure to find the relationship by between these structure, classification and structure - aetlvlty relationship From the molecular level. Results: There are many different between the Benzamide antipsychotics and FGA on the clinical role, structure and the role of neurotransmitters, the structure of the most common characteristics is the oanisamide in its structure, there are stronger role of antipsychotic activity that by 5 - sulfonyl on the benzene ring and N - ethyl - 2 - amino methyl pyrrolidine. Conclusions : These drugs should be classified as second - generation antipsychotics, called o - anisamide that better reflects the structure of common, there are stronger role of antipsychotic activity that by 5 - sulfonyl on the benzene ring and N - ethyl - 2 - aminomethyl pyrrolidine.
