摘要
以全球经济一体化下美国跨国公司在华并购为背景,通过对美国跨国公司在华并购的历史回顾,结合近年来美资并购数据,分析了美资在华并购的总体特征、行业领域和经济区域特征,总结出美国跨国公司在华并购的独特路径,并由此引出美国跨国公司在华并购的有利与不利影响,从而创造性地提出我国政府和我国企业应对对策和建议。
Based on the context of American TNCs＇ MA activities to native enterprises in the tide of global economy unification,this thesis investigates the historical activities of American TNCs＇ MA and analyzes the characters of these activities.And we illustrate positive and negative effects of MA activities in China.At last,we put forward some policies for Chinese government and some countermeasures for native enterprises to overcome the negative effects attributed to American TNCs＇ MA acquiring native enterprises in China.
