摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入,我国经济取得巨大的发展同时也存在大量的社会问题,如环境污染、资源浪费、食品安全、假冒伪劣产品、煤炭矿难事故等。一系列恶性事件折射了我国部分企业对社会责任的漠视,这些现象不得不引起人们的思考。从我国企业社会责任信息披露的现状出发,剖析了其存在的主要问题并提出构建我国企业社会责任信息披露的对策思路。
with the further development of the Reform and Opening-up, Chinese economy has achieved great progress but also existed a large number of social problems, such as environmental pollution, waste of resources, food security, fake and shoddy products, disaster of coal mine and so on. A series of vicious incidents reflect that some enterprises have ignored the social responsibility, which will have to arouse people＇s thinking. This article attempts to take the current situation of social responsibility information disclosure of Chinese enterprises as the beginning to analyze the main exciting problems, and then put forwards the countermeasures on how to construct the social responsibility information disclosure of enterprise in China.
