摘要
为客观、公平地评定高校教师岗位等级,首次提出基于AHP法和模糊综合评判的教师岗位等级评定方法。利用AHP法将评价目标分成几个不同等级,并确定各影响因素的权重系数,再利用隶属度函数建立单因素评判矩阵,并利用模糊综合评判法构造教师岗位多等级模糊综合评定模型,最后以西安邮电学院教学科研型讲师的测评数据为例进行实证分析,评价结果表明应用所提方法能够得到可靠、客观的评定结果。该研究对教师岗位等级评定提供了一个公平、合理的定量分析方法。
For evaluating teacher post of college teacher objectively and reasonably, a grade evaluation of teacher post method is presented based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the first time. First- ly, the objection of evaluation was divided into several grades, and the weights of the factors were confirmed. Secondly, the judgment matrix of each factor was constructed by membership functions and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed by the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At last, as an illustration, data from teachers of Xi'an College of Post and Telecommunications who belonged to teaching and scientific post were analyzed and modeled by the pro posed approach. The results from the example show that just outcomes can be obtained by the proposed approach. A reference operation model and method for grade evaluation of teacher post is provided.
