摘要
目的了解天津市10项农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的效果。方法调查12 311例接受适宜技术服务的患者的基本情况和技术应用效果,调查503例使用适宜技术的医生关于技术推广前后患者就诊量的变化情况。结果接受适宜技术服务的患者文化程度大多较低,80%以上为农民。推广应用适宜技术后,不同级别医疗机构就诊患者至少增加60%以上。绝大多数技术提高了患者的好转率和有效率。结论天津地区推广的农村卫生适宜技术经济、有效、便捷,满足了农村患者的基本卫生服务需求。
Objective To investigate the effects of 10 appropriate technologies for rural health in Tianjin and evaluate its application and promotion.Methods General information of 12 311 patients who received the appropriate technologies were collected and evaluated.The changes in the amount of patients received the technologies were collected from 503 doctors who applied the technologies.Results Most of the patients were less-educated,and more than 80% of the patients were farmers.With the application,the number of patients visiting medical institutions of different levels for treatment increased at least by 60%.The majority of the technologies made the improvement rate and efficiency of the patients increased.Conclusion The promotion of appropriate technology in rural health in Tianjin is economical,effective,and convenient,and thus it meets the demand of patients for basic health service.
