摘要
目的探讨吸烟对男性精浆一氧化氮、微量元素及精子三磷酸腺苷(ATp)水平的影响。方法124例男性不育患者根据有无吸烟分为不育非吸烟组和不育吸烟组,不育吸烟组又根据吸烟习惯和烟龄分为3组:A组日吸烟量〈10支,且烟龄〈5年;B组日吸烟量10—20支,且烟龄5~10年;C组日吸烟量〉20支,且烟龄〉10年。选择35例已生育正常健康男性为正常对照组。检测其精浆一氧化氮、微量元素及精子ATP的水平。结果不育吸烟组和不育非吸烟组较正常对照组精浆一氧化氮、铅和镉水平明显升高,锌、铜和精子ATP水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),不育吸烟组较不育非吸烟组精浆一氧化氮、铅和镉水平明显升高,锌、铜和A,rP水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。C组精浆一氧化氮、铅和镉水平均显著高于A组和B组,锌、铜和精子ATP水平均显著低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论吸烟可以影响精浆一氧化氮、微量元素及精子ATP的水平,与不育密切相关。
Objective To explore the influence of cigarette smoking on seminal plasma nitric oxide, trace elements and ATP. Methods A total of 124 infertile men were divided into the smoking group and the non - smoking group, with the smoking group further divided into 3 subgroups according to daily smoking quantity and smoking duration (group A: 〈 10 ciga- rettes, 〈5 years; group B: 10 -20 cigarettes, 5 ~ 10 years; group C: 〉20 cigarettes, 〉 10 years) . Thirty -five procreated healthy men were enrolled as controls and seminal plasma nitric oxide, trace elements and ATP in all subjects were detec- ted. Results Seminal plasma nitric oxide, Pband Cd were significantly higher, while Zn, Cu, and ATP content were signifi- cantly lower, in the infertile smoking group and infertile non - smoking group than in the normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Seminal plasma nitric oxide, Pb and Cd were significantly higher, while Zn, Cu, and ATP content were significantly lower, in the infer- tile smoking group than in the infertile non - smoking group (P 〈 0.05 ) . Seminal plasma nitric oxide, Pb and Cd were signifi- cantly higher, while Zn, Cu, and ATP content were significantly lower, in subgroup C than in subgroup A and B (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Smoking is closely related to male infertility through increasing seminal plasma nitric oxide, Pb and Cd and decrea- sing Zn, Cu and ATP content, and thus the quality of semen.
