摘要 针对光伏发电系统中对光伏电池输出直流侧电压利用率低的问题,给出将电压空间矢量脉宽调制SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation)的逆变技术应用于光伏发电系统中的方法,提高光伏发电系统的效率。在MATLAB仿真环境下,建立了光伏发电系统的动态仿真模型。仿真结果表明,SVPWM技术能有效地降低功率管的损耗,提高直流侧电压的利用率,改善系统动态性能。 SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) inverter was applied in photovoltaic power system to increase the usage of output voltage of photovoltaic cells to gain higher system efficiency. Photovoltaic power system simulation module using this technology was build under MATALAB environment. The simulation results show that SVPWM can lower power consumption of the power switches, and boost the efficiency of the photovoltaic cells' output DC voltage. Thus high dynamic performance of this system is achieved.
