摘要
在AHP多属性评估方法的基础上,探索并试图建立一套完整的高层次人才引进的评价系统,以帮助高校在选拔人才时可以作出科学的决策,提高人才引进的效率和较低风险。
On the base of AHP multi - attribute evaluation method , we try to build up a set of complete talent evaluation system in university, to help make the decision more reasonably on talent selection, and improve the talent recruitment efficiency, and lower the risk of talent recruitment.
