摘要
依据我国30个省市2000-2008年面板数据,分析大中型企业技术引进及转移的区域特征,得出技术引进及转移区域特征分布。从区域技术引进效率角度将30个省市进行聚类,运用计量模型研究"类群"省市区域内外的技术引进差异,利用数据包络分析的Malmquist指数方法,分别对5个区域技术引进类群进行深入研究,从技术效率和技术进步两个方面对技术引进效率的提升进行阐述,并给出相关政策建议。
Based on Chinese 30 provinees＇ panel data during 2000 -2008 year, this paper makes a careful analysis on the region MLEs＇ technology acquisition （import） and transfer and comes to the characteristics distrihution. In terms of the regional technology import efficieney, we carry on the cluster to 30 provinees and then study ＂the glass groups＂ provinees regional inside and outside of regions technology import difference through econometric model. Using the data envelope analysis of the Malmquist index approach, we indepth study separately 5 regional technology import of ＂the class group＂, by carrying on the elaboration from two aspects of the technical efficiency and the technology advancement to the technology import efficiency＇s improvement. Finally we give some relevant poliey suggestions.
