摘要
温室气体排放引起气候变化,并引起世界各国的重视和关注。低碳经济首先在发达国家抢先推广,发达国家率先建立碳标识、认证、碳排放控制制度。进入21世纪以来,控制温室气体的国际标准已经建立,被发达国家广泛采用。温室气体的控制已成为技术性措施的内容,低碳经济造就国家新的竞争优势。全球战略性行业向低碳方式转变、调结构已成趋势。低碳产品发展最终结果导致国际贸易竞争新的战略关注点的形成。
This article focuses on the following seven aspects： all the nations commit the reduction of emission; all the developed countries establish the carbon logo, certification and carbon tariffs; Greenhouse gases international standard is widely used in developed countries; Low carbon economy makes national new competitive advantage; low carbon industry structure adjustment has become a trend; the control of greenhouse gases has become the technical measures ; Carbon productivity is required. The paper illustrates that low carbon international trade competition is gradually becoming a new strategic focus.
