摘要
济源钢铁公司采用60 t顶底复吹转炉高拉碳操作法,控制转炉终点[C]0.08%~0.20%,出钢过程钢包底吹氩并加铝铁脱氧,LF采用CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2高碱度渣精炼,连铸钢水过热度20~30℃,M+F电磁搅拌,全程吹氩保护浇铸,铸坯堆垛缓冷工艺生产150 mm×150 mm GCr15轴承钢铸坯。实践表明,GCr15轴承钢的氧含量为(6.3~11.9)×10^(-6),平均氧含量为9×10^(-6),连铸坯的低倍组织良好。
Abstract The 150 mm× 150 mm casting billet of bearing steel GCrl5 is produced at Jiyuan Iron and Steel Co by using 60t top and bottom combined blowing converter melting with carbon catch operation to control converter end [ C 1 0. 08% -0. 20% , ladle bottom argon blowing and adding aluminium-iron in ladle during tapping for oxidation, using CaO- A12 O3-SIO2 high basicity slag in LF refining, controlling casting liquid overheating degree 20 -30 ~C, M + F electromagnet- ic stirring, whole process argon shielding casting and casting billet stacking slow cooling process. Practice results show that the oxygen content in bearing steel GCrl5 is (6. 3 ×11, 9) × 10^-6, average oxygen content is 9 × 10^-6, and the macro stnmtnre of casting billet is hetter.
