摘要
为评价有色金属超声珩磨装置结构设计方案,从系统谐振性、结构功能性、实用性、耐用度和经济性等五个方面建立评价指标,首先利用改进后的可拓关联函数求得各设计方案指标的关联函数值,然后用模糊层次分析法求得各指标权重系数,通过计算获得评价结果,最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。
In order to evaluate the various design options of non-ferrous metals ultrasonic honing tools, there established five eval- uation indexes, such as the resonance ,the structure and function, the practical applicability, the durability and the economic per- formance. First, using the improved correlation function obtained extension of indicators associated with the design function values, and then obtained the fuzzy analytic hierarchy index for weight-coefficient, obtain the evaluation results by calculating. The final adoption of examples demonstrate the feasibility of the method.
