摘要 明末清初,归化城成为蒙古各部宗教信仰的中心。清统一漠南以后,采取尊崇和扶持喇嘛教的政策,以羁縻蒙古诸部。喇嘛教在蒙古地区拥有诸多政治特权和雄厚的经济实力,成为一种潜在的政治势力。在清朝统一西北的战争中,喇嘛教既起到了积极地促进作用,也在许多情况下,背离清朝的意志,与清为敌。针对这种情况,清朝统治者一方面加强喇嘛教的管理,另一方面设置军事驻防对其监督防范,达到对喇嘛教既利用又控制的目的。 Guihua city became a political and religious center of Mongolia during the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty. The Qing government adopted the policy of honouring and supporting the Lamaism after unifying the Monan - Mongolia in order to control each part of Mongolia. Lamaism had many political privileges and strong economic strength in Mongolian areas and became a potential political power. Lamaism had played a positive role during the war of the Qing dynasty unifying northwest region. In many cases, however, it deviated from the will of the Qing government and opposed the latter. Aimed at this situation, the Qing government strengthened management to Lamaism. On the other hand, it set up Eight Banners Station there to monitor and guard again Lamaism so as to achieve the purpose of the utilization and control.
