摘要
职业认同感是指个体对于所从事职业的肯定性评价。本文提出培养图书馆未来从业者的早期职业认同感的观点,并就此分析了其培养意义和策略,以期为图书馆学人才培养以及高校素质教育工作提供参考。
Professional self-identity means individual's affirmative valuation of his occupation. The essay presents the viewpoint of developing professional self-identity of the future practitioners. The essay also analyses its significance and strategy for developing the future practitioners' professional self-identity. This can provide reference for personnel training and quality education work in library science.
