摘要
目的:通过验证瑞士奥菲Mythic 22血细胞分析仪血红蛋白测定精密度来恒量该仪器在高原地区应用的价值。方法:连续3天对选定的10份新鲜全血进行检测,每份标本做平行试验5次,记录HGB值并计算平均值及其变异系数。结果:10份标本测定值的变异系数均在允许范围之内,且CV<1.0%。结论:瑞士奥菲Mythic 22血细胞分析仪在高原地区应用良好。
Objective：To evaluate the application value of the Orphee Mythic 22 hematology analyzer in plateau area by confirming the precision of hemoglobin（HGB） detection.Methods：The 10 fresh whole blood specimens selected in successive 3 d were performed the detection.The parallel detection of each specimen was carried out for 5 times.The HGB value was recorded.The average value and the coefficient of variation were calculated.Results：The values of the coefficient of variation in 10 specimens were within the allowable range,and CV 1.0%.Conclusion：The Orphee Mythic 22 hematology analyzer has better application in plateau area.
