摘要
盾构法施二已成为开挖城市地铁隧道的主要工法。但盾构施工中,刀盘驱动扭矩过大,始终是制约施工进度的主要因素。从盾构机刀盘驱动系统、土仓内切削土体、泡沫系统、刀盘开口率、刀具选型等5个方面对盾构机刀盘驱动扭矩过大的原因进行了分析,提出了切实可行的解决办法,并在沈阳地铁一号线云沈区间盾构施工中得到了成功的应用。
The shielc method has been popularly applied in the excavation of city subway tunnels.But the oversized cutting wheel drive torque has always been the main factor restricting the construction speed in shield construction process.This paper analyses the reasons of the oversized cutting wheel drive torque from five aspects,namely,the cutting wheel drive system of the shield machine,the soil cutting system,the foam system,the open ratio of cutter head,and the selection of cutting tools.A feasible solution has been proposed and successfully applied in the shield construction of Yunfeng north street station-Shenyang station of Shenyang Metro Line One.
